If you missed the SAG/AFTRA Meeting and Mixer on Friday night, January 9, 2009, at the wonderful Rainbow Lodge on Ella Blvd. and T.C. Jester, you missed out on learning about working with the Screen Actors Guild and the American Federation of Television and Radio Artists and meeting some of these people for an entertaining  few hours of conversations and stories. C-47 Houston magazine was there at the invitation of Houston SAG President Jim Huston. This event brought together a room full of SAG members from Houston and Austin including our friend and actor James Wark. If you recall, Mr. Wark suffered a heart attach in November and has undergone surgery. He was at the mixer and causing heads to turn to the delight of many who have missed him during the holidays. This was a free mixer and appetizers were available during the mixer. Below are a few pictures. Enjoy!
